If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it through your account and reorder using the updated address. Simply click on the link below, sign in, go to your orders, and you will see an option to cancel your order:
If the order has already been placed, but you need to make adjustments, contact our customer service team. We will do our best to update your order before it ships. Just provide us with the order details, and we will make the necessary changes.
If you’ve provided the wrong shipping address and your order has already been shipped, please send us your order number and the correct address as soon as possible.
