Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
General Return Guidelines:
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your items.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- We offer store credit or exchanges for all U.S. orders.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or any items marked as "final sale".
How to Start a Return:
- Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and the zip code associated with your purchase.
- If you're paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method. Just ensure the package is postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

What is Redo Coverage?
We’ve partnered with Redo to offer a seamless return experience. With Redo Returns, customers can initiate returns or exchanges at any time with automatic labels and processing.
Redo Coverage includes:
- Free Unlimited Returns for store credit or exchanges
- Package Protection on your order for just $2.48
If you opt out of Redo Coverage, you can still initiate a return/exchange through our returns portal. The shipping label fee for returns without Redo Coverage is $4.95 per return.
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Yes! We offer exchanges for any U.S. order. Your exchange will ship as soon as your local courier scans the return package, even before we receive your original order.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes, sale items can be returned unless they are specifically marked as non-returnable.
What items are non-returnable?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Earrings
- Hair accessories
- Undergarments
- Hair tools
- Items marked "final sale"
