Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • You have 30 days from the purchase date to make a return.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact.
  • We offer returns for store credit for any order.
  • You can use the return label provided by our Returns Portal.
  • Earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hosiery, face masks, hair tools, or any items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and the zip code associated with your purchase.
  2. If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method. Just make sure it’s postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

What is Redo Coverage?
We have partnered with Redo to provide a seamless return experience. With Redo Returns, Canadian customers can start a return at any time with automatic labels.

Redo Coverage includes:

  • Free Unlimited Returns for store credit
  • Package Protection on your order

You can initiate a return through our returns portal. If you opt out of Redo Coverage, you can still initiate a return through the portal. The shipping label fee for returns without Redo Coverage is the cost of the label.

Please note that our returns portal does not support international exchanges.


Can I return items if I change my mind?
Yes! We offer returns for any order.
You can use the return label provided by our Returns Portal.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.


Can I return a sale item?
Sale items can be returned for a fee.
