What happens if my order was stolen or wasn't delivered?Updated 6 days ago

If you believe your order was stolen or misdelivered, please contact us right away so we can help.

Orders with Package Protection (Re:do)
If you added package protection (such as Re:do) to your order, we can file a claim on your behalf after 7 days from the carrier’s “delivered” scan. We will send a replacement or issue store credit if any item(s) are sold out once the claim is approved.

Orders without Package Protection
If package protection wasn’t added, the we require that you file a police report for the missing package. Once you’ve sent us a copy of the police report and it has been 7 days since the order was marked delivered, we’ll review and consider reissuing the package.

Important Note
We are unable to issue refunds for orders that the carrier marks as delivered. However, our team is here to support you with any delivery or transit issues and guide you through the next steps.
