What happens if my order was stolen or wasn't delivered?Updated 3 months ago

If you believe your order was stolen or misdelivered by the carrier, please contact us immediately. If you added package protection like Re:do to your order and it is missing or stolen, we can file a claim on your behalf to send a replacement or issue store credit. Claims can be filed 10 days after the package was marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you did not add Re:do coverage to your order, you will need to file a police report for the stolen package and send it to our customer service team. Once the police report is filed and it has been 10 days since the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, we will consider reissuing the package.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance with any delivery or transit issues.
