If you believe your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. If a period of 10 days has passed without any tracking updates, we can file a claim with the carrier for failed delivery. Once the claim is processed, we can either resend the package or offer store credit if the items are no longer available.
If you added package protection like Re:do to your order and the package is missing or stolen, we can file a claim on your behalf to send a replacement or issue store credit.
