If you believe your order is lost while in transit, please contact us right away so we can help.

Carrier Claims
If there have been no tracking updates for 7 days, we can file a claim with the carrier for failed delivery. Once the claim is resolved, we’ll either resend your package or issue store credit if the items are no longer available.
