How do I track my order?

  • You can track your order through your account.
  • You will also receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include your tracking details. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find the email. 
  • Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link
  • If you placed an order and have not received a shipping confirmation email from us after 24 hours, please reach out to our support team here.

Why is my order delayed? 

  • Orders placed before 11AM (CST) will ship out the same business day, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 11AM (CST) will shipped the next business day.
  • Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link.
  • Carrier delays may occur due to Supply Chain Issues, Holidays, Weather, Labor Shortages, Inaccurate Shipping Information.
