Why haven't I received an order or shipping confirmation email?

Important Information:

  1. We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 10AM (CST). Orders placed Friday after 10AM CST will be shipped the next business day (Monday).
  2. Duties/GST/Taxes are NON REFUNDABLE once your parcel has shipped.
  3. Duties/GST/Taxes are paid at checkout, nothing extra to pay at customs.
  4. Some countries require that Duties & Taxes are paid upon entry, not at checkout.
  5. If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE: 

Once your order has been successfully packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email provided includes all of the information needed in order to track your package. You will then be able to locate your package after it has left our facility. If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to reach us via email here. Remember to provide your order number in the email for faster tracking. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Please contact your local post office or other carrier if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to find the package. Please message us via email after you check your local post office.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the courier to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. 

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will not be reshipped, and the customer will receive store credit less any shipping costs..

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

Head over to our Returns Portal. After starting your return, select ‘item is damaged’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the return process. Please indicate how the product is damaged in the ‘comment’ section as well as uploading a picture of the issue. You can also provide photos and message us via email here.
