What is your International return policy?Updated a day ago

Return, refund & exchange policy

  • You have 30 days to make returns. 
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact.
  • We offer returns for store credit for any order. We do not offer refunds.
  • You can use the return label provided by our Returns Portal.
  • Earnings, hair accessories, undergarments, hosiery, face masks, hair tools, or anything marked "final sale" are nonreturnable. 
  • To start a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter your order number and zip code associated with your purchase.

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

What is Redo Coverage?

  • We have partnered with Redo to provide customers a seamless return experience. With Redo Returns, Canada customers can start a return anytime with automatic labels.
  • Redo Coverage provides Free Unlimited Returns for Store Credit + Package Protection on your order for only $2.48. You can initiate a return through our returns portal
  • If you decide to opt out of Redo Coverage you can still initiate a return through our returns portal. The shipping label fee for returns without Redo Coverage is the cost of the label. 
  • Please note our returns portal does not support International Exchanges. 

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

  • We offer returns & exchanges for any order.
  • You can use the return label provided by our Returns Portal.
  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for international orders. 

Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds. You will receive store credit via email for your return upon carrier scan. 
  • If you paid with a third party (Sezzle, ShopPay), you will still receive store credit and you will need to finish your installment payments with the third party.

Can I return a sale item?

  • Sale items can only be returned for a fee.

What items are nonreturnable? 

  • Earnings, hair accessories, undergarments, hosiery, face masks, hair tools, or anything marked "final sale" are nonreturnable.
