I want to change my order. How I can I add or remove an item from it?Updated 18 days ago

We know plans can change, and sometimes you may need to adjust an order after placing it. 💛

If you’d like to add or remove an item, please contact our Customer Service Team right away. The sooner we hear from you, the more likely it is we can make the update before your order ships.

How to Request a Change

  1. Reach out to our team here: Contact Customer Support.

  2. Provide your order number and let us know exactly which item(s) you’d like to add or remove.

  3. Our team will do their best to make the adjustment and confirm the update with you.

Important Notes

  • Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes. In that case, you can still initiate a return or exchange through our Return Portal.

  • If you’re adding items, we’ll send you an updated invoice for payment.

  • If you’re removing items, any adjustments will be reflected in your store credit or refund (depending on eligibility).
