If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it through your account and reorder the new items. Simply click on the link below, sign in, go to your orders, and you will see an option to cancel your order:
If you need to adjust your order or remove items, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to update your order before it ships. Just provide us with your order details, and we'll make the changes as requested.
For international orders, we are unable to add items or make changes to your order. However, we can cancel your existing order so you can place a new one with the correct items. For orders placed through Facebook and Instagram, we also cannot edit your order, but we can cancel it, allowing you to reorder with the correct items or sizes.
