How do I track my order?
You can track your order through your account. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you don't see the email, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you placed an order and haven’t received a shipping confirmation email after 24 hours, please reach out to our support team here.

Why is my order delayed?
Orders placed before 11 AM (CST) will ship out the same business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 AM (CST) will ship the next business day.
Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update.

Carrier delays may happen due to factors like supply chain issues, holidays, weather conditions, labor shortages, or inaccurate shipping information.
