How do I submit an exchange?
Simply start your exchange via our Returns Portal and drop off your return package at your local USPS office or other carrier. You can choose to use the QR code or shipping label provided when you initiate your exchange.
What products am I able to exchange?
Earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hosiery, face masks, hair tools, or any items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
When will my exchange order be sent?
Your exchange order will be processed and shipped once the return package has been received and scanned by the shipping carrier.
What is Shop Now?
You now have the option to return your items for an exchange and select different products directly on our website!
If you select Shop Now, you may be eligible to receive Shop Now bonus credits towards your new exchange order. The bonus credits only apply to exchanges of greater value than the items being returned. Please note that bonus credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How do I pay the balance for my exchange/shop now?
If the credit from your returned items does not cover the cost of your new exchange items, you will be sent an invoice via email to pay the difference. We are unable to apply rewards or promo codes to cover any additional fees.
Why is the "shop now" feature not working for me?
We’re sorry for the return troubles. If you haven't already, please attempt to initiate the return using Google Chrome or Safari while in incognito mode or private browsing. Some customers have reported issues with "pop-up" browsers, such as those accessed through email, Facebook/Instagram, or our app.
Please let us know if this still doesn’t work, and we can look into it further or even create the return/exchange on our end.
