My package was delivered, but I didn't receive it!
We use a no-signature-required delivery service, meaning that if no one is home at the time of delivery, the package will be left in a secure location around your home. If you're in an apartment or complex, you may want to check with the apartment manager, reception, admin, lobby, or mailroom. Also, consider asking your neighbors if they’ve collected it for safekeeping.

Additionally, carriers like USPS sometimes mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives, and it may show up a day or two later. In some cases, the package might have been delivered to the wrong address, then returned and redirected to the correct one. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days from the scheduled delivery date, please reach out to us.

Finally, contact your local post office or carrier to gather more information about why the package was marked as delivered but hasn't reached you.

Missing package claim reshipments and refunds are at the discretion of Wild Oak Boutique. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. Wild Oak Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages. If your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.
