My package was delivered but I didn't receive it!

We use a no signature required delivery service which means if no one was home at time of delivery the package will be left in a secure location around your home. If you have one, you may want to double check with an apartment manager/reception/admin/lobby, desk/mailroom, and maybe even with your neighbors incase this has been collected for safekeeping for you!

In addition, USPS and other carriers sometimes will mark the package as delivered before it is actually delivered and may arrive in a day or so. Other times the package was delivered to the wrong address, then gets returned and sent to the correct address. If your package does not arrive after 10 business days from your scheduled delivery date, please let us know.

Lastly, please contact your local post office or other carrier to see if you can gather any information as to why they marked it as delivered but you didn't receive it. 

Please note - Missing package claim reshipments and refunds are at the discretion of Wild Oak Boutique. We suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly. Wild Oak Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages. If you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.
