All of our store credits and gift cards are sent electronically to the email used at checkout. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders if you don't see it in your primary inbox!

Additionally, once you are signed into your account, there will be an option to apply your outstanding gift card balance at checkout.

If you're having trouble locating your gift card or signing into your account, please message us, and we'll be happy to resend it to you!
