If I return my items, do I lose points?
Since you earn points based on dollars spent, you will lose points for every dollar refunded. However, if you return items for a gift card or an exchange, you will keep the points earned! Please note, you will not receive new points when your gift card or exchange is issued or redeemed.

If I return my items, do I lose my coupon or reward used?
Coupons will not automatically be added back to your account after a return. Please email us to have your reward or coupon added back to your account.
