Can my reward points be added to my account after purchase?Updated a day ago

I forgot to login at checkout! Can my points be added to my account? 

  • Please ensure you are logged into your Wild Oak Boutique account when placing an order, this is the only way to guarantee your points to accumulate. Unfortunately if you are not logged in, your points will not be added.

If I have multiple email addresses, can I combine my points?

If you’ve made multiple purchases under different email addresses associated with our Rewards program, we can combine your points over to one email address.

  • Please note, we will only be able to combine them once, so be sure to take note of the email address you frequently use to make purchases! Reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Can I change the email address associated with my rewards account?

  • Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change the email address associated with your Wild Oak Boutique account. However, we can transfer points to a new account. 

When did the rewards program launch?

  • If you had an existing Wild Oak Boutique account before September 9, 2022, you were automatically enrolled in the Rewards program and assigned a tier based on your purchase history.
